Oh yea, there's plentiful of yuca here. How I like it isn't the healthiest of ways, but it's my preferred choice. Peeled, cut up and fried as French fries (yuca frita). And another way is a empanada made with yuca. Both deep fried in oil, but not to eat all the time, balance is the key.

After awhile it gets irritating lol. At first I thought it was normal out here, until I went around to different parts.
I learned to use white noise or zen music... to distract. Do you have yucca there? Is it a staple? If so, do you have a recipe?

I love it immersed in oil and garlic. I've never seen it around here, but yucca and black beans with rice: to die for!
