This is interesting. I know Colombia and Brazil are well known for surgeries and medical practices... here in the US it's insane what we're charged for any sort of procedure, especially dental work. I'm curious about something. What about skincare products? Do you know anyone (dermatologist) who you can speak with to talk about prices? As an example, I use Skinceuticals and the cost is outrageous. I wonder if it's less expensive, or even offered in other countries. I'm going to look into medical vacations, I'd like to get tests done, that would cost out-of-pocket a fortune to be done here.

That's a great question. I had no idea about dermatologist. I asked my lady and just got a world of information. She said a consultation can start $50. They have dermatologist that have their own private clinics as well as others that work in the hospitals. Prices are lower here than the states. They have licensed professionals that work with foreigners all the time.
